Warner Bros.

Brad Neely's underground homemade soundtrack of our film "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" is clearly a violation of copyright laws. Fair use does not dignify the use of more than a few minutes of original work, much less the entire work itself. Had Neely sought our permission, we may have even offered a business proposition, which would have included packaging our DVD with his original soundtrack. However, Neely did not do this and has attempted to undermine our authority. He deserves to be punished for his actions and pay reparations to us for our loss of business.

  1. Brad Neely-

Warner Bros. has not lost any business over this because it is more of an underground project and if anything it has encouraged more people, those who might not have seen the original, to go see it.
