JK Rowling

In my opinion, JK Rowling has full right to demand that illegalart.org take down the files due to copyright infringement. The audio files are clear copyright infringement because they are using the names and places that are used in the books, which are copyrighted by Ms. Rowling, thefore it is her property. She has the rights to the names, thefore by using them in the files they are using her property without paying her for the rights to use her work. Even if he is making only a little money, then he is still making money using her work, therfore he must pay her for use of her topics, and she still reserves the right to refuse him the privelage to use her characters in his own work. Illegalart.org is infringing upon her copyright, hence is operating illegally.
